NeoSeva does not sell, ship or deliver any physical goods. Nothing is sent by post or courier.
How services are delivered
- Who does the work: an independent Seva partner, on site, at the place the customer gives. NeoSeva does not do the work.
- Where: in the villages NeoSeva serves. For now that is Podalakur Mandal, Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh: 36 villages.
- When: in the part of the day agreed in the price you booked. The morning ends at 12 noon and the afternoon at 5 PM. Booking a part of the day means the Seva partner agrees to come before it ends. You can book up to 14 days ahead, and requests for today close at 4 PM.
- Finding you: the Seva partner you book gets your phone number, and the exact spot if you saved one. If you did not save a spot, they call you.
- When it counts as done: when you give the Seva partner your code after the work is finished, or say in the app that the work is finished.
- Paying for the work: you pay the Seva partner directly. NeoSeva does not collect any payment for the work.
If the Seva partner does not come
If the Seva partner's part of the day ends and they did not mark that they arrived, we ask you whether they came. If they did not, and there is still time, your request goes to other Seva partners again. If not, the request ends, and you can ask for another day. NeoSeva charges you nothing.
Money added by Seva partners
- When a Seva partner adds money by UPI, it is delivered straight into their balance in NeoSeva Partner, once Razorpay confirms the payment. Nothing is shipped.
- It shows in the passbook as "Money added". If the bank is slow to confirm, the money is added by itself when the payment is confirmed.
