Which apps this is for
This page is for both NeoSeva apps on Google Play, by NeoSeva:
- NeoSeva, for customers.
- NeoSeva Partner, for Seva partners.
One phone number is one account. If you use both apps with the same number, deleting removes your account from both. In the apps it is called your profile; it means your whole account.
Delete it in the app
Once you are logged in, it takes two taps, with no code and nothing to type.
- Open the app, and log in if you are not logged in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my profile, the last line, under Log out.
- Read what will be erased and the date, then tap Delete my profile again.
If a job is booked or under way, it has to be finished or cancelled first. The app shows you the job, opens it, and lets you ask us for a call.
What happens next
- At once: your account is hidden, and you are logged out of both apps. Notifications stop. Your requests that are not booked yet are cancelled. For a Seva partner, taking new work stops, and prices still waiting on a customer are taken back. Paid money you did not use is sent back (see "Money" below).
- For 30 days: if you change your mind, log in with the same number by the date the app showed you. Your account comes back. Requests and prices that were cancelled stay cancelled, money already sent back stays sent back, and "Taking new work" stays off until the Seva partner turns it on again.
- On day 30: your account is erased.
What is erased
On day 30, everything about you is erased or made anonymous, apart from the records in the next section. That includes your name, your saved places, your jobs, and, for a Seva partner, your work details, your photo and your ID check. ID photos are already deleted when the check is decided.
The other person on a job you did keeps it in their history, shown as "No longer on NeoSeva", with no name, photo or number. Reviews stay, with no name.

The same phone number can be used for a new account from day 30.
Money (Seva partners)
- Paid money you did not use is paid back to you by UPI. We send it when you delete, without waiting for the 30 days. Usually it goes back through Razorpay to the UPI it came from, in 5 to 7 working days. A payment Razorpay can no longer refund, such as one more than 6 months old, or a top-up our team recorded by hand, we pay by hand instead.
- Fees are taken from gift money first, so as much as possible of what you paid comes back. Gift money from NeoSeva is not paid back.
- If Razorpay cannot send it back, our team sends it by UPI by hand. The details are in our cancellation and refund policy.
- If you owe NeoSeva money, nothing is paid back, and what you owe stays in our records.
Ask us without the app
If you cannot use the app, or do not want to install it again, send an email to [email protected] and ask us to delete your account. Tell us the phone number of the account.
Before deleting, we call that number to make sure the request is yours. Our team then deletes the account by its phone number. The same 30 days, and everything else on this page, apply.
Deleting only some of your information
- A saved place can be removed at any time, in the NeoSeva app, where you choose the place for a request.
- A profile in one app cannot be deleted while keeping the other, because one number is one account.
